Refunds are available for the first payment on any new subscription. The refund request must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your account email. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
After the 14-day guarantee period, refunds are not available. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
Refunds for renewal payments (subsequent billing cycles) are not automatic and are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us.
Refunds are processed through our payment provider and returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
After a refund is processed, your paid plan access will be terminated and your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
ORVO AI reserves the right to reject refund requests in cases of detected abuse, system manipulation, spam, chargeback attempts, or violation of our Terms of Service, and may suspend the associated account.
