ORVO AI provides website monitoring, uptime tracking, SSL certificate checks and AI-powered predictive outage detection. The Service monitors websites and notifies users when issues are detected or predicted.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes or to monitor websites without proper authorization. All use must comply with applicable laws.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Limitation of Liability

ORVO AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is".
